I recently had Desert Diamonds redesign my grandmother’s ring into a new diamond ring and pendant, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Working with Rika and Tong throughout the design process was a genuine pleasure — they were patient, listened closely to what I wanted, and offered thoughtful guidance while making sure the final pieces still honored the sentimental value of the original ring.

The craftsmanship on both the ring and pendant is outstanding — every detail feels carefully considered, and the quality is evident the moment you see them. From start to finish, the experience was professional, warm, and reassuring, especially given how meaningful the original piece was to me.

Highly recommend Desert Diamonds Jewelry if you're after outstanding customer service, superb quality products, and ridiculously cheap prices for top-tier Diamonds, Gold, or whatever Jewellery you want.

From the moment we walked into the shop, Sally was so cheerful and eager to help us find exactly what we needed.

My wife and I spent three hours discussing which option suited us best in terms of diamond quality, and whether we should go for Silver, Gold, or other options.

Sally explained all the prices for each product, including CZs, Moissanite, Lab Diamonds, and the costs for Silver, 9K White Gold, 14K White Gold, and 18K White Gold.

This was a lot of work we asked Sally to do, but she gracefully found the prices for all the different options to make us comfortable.

Sally made us feel at ease. We were offered tea and water.

Throughout, Sally was incredibly kind and a pleasure to do business with.

And the best part is that Sally has been in the diamond business for over 30 years, so you know you’re getting a top-quality product.

Cliche as it sounds, I am only rating five stars because I can’t rate any higher.

Working with Sally and her team has been nothing short of delightful. They have been hands-on, engaging and professional - every single step of the way.

Living in Australia, I had initially held some private reservations before engaging Desert Diamonds - I’m somebody who prefers to be hands-on and involved when it comes to high-emotional investment situations, but I cannot stress how happy and grateful I am that I was persuaded to my full trust in the team. I was not disappointed!

Not only were they true to their word around deadlines and updates - thoroughly timely and thoughtful, providing pictures of updates and keeping me informed every step of the way - but the final product the team crafted was beyond anything I had ever anticipated.
